How we handle information you share with us.
What we collect
When you contact us through the website form, we collect the name and contact details you enter (name, WhatsApp/phone/email), the message you send, and technical information about your submission (IP address, browser, referring page). If you message us on WhatsApp or by phone we collect what you share in that conversation. If you visit the site we collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics (page visits, device type, general location).
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, provide a quote, and if you become a client, to design, build and install your joinery. Analytics data helps us understand which pages help visitors and improve them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell contact information. Suppliers we work with (timber, hardware, upholstery, stone, glazing) may receive project-specific information when we quote and build your job. Google Analytics data is processed by Google.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as we are in contact with you plus a reasonable follow-up window. Client project records are kept for the life of the project and a few years after for warranty and reference. You can ask us to delete your records at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@grainandgild.ae.
Bring us the drawings.
We take a limited number of residential and commercial commissions each year. Send plans, a mood reference, or simply a room.
